What we do

Everything your office IT needs — under one roof

Most businesses call three different people for cameras, cabling and internet problems. With ITEXCORE you call one team that designs it to work together.

CCTV Installation & Support

HD & IP camera systems for shops, warehouses, offices and homes — designed for coverage, not just cameras on a wall.

Learn more →

Firewall & Security

Protect your network, staff and customer data with a properly configured firewall — not just the router default.

Learn more →

IT Support & Maintenance

A reliable person to call when something breaks — and regular checks so it breaks less often in the first place.

IT Procurement & Setup

The right equipment at the right price. We spec, source and set up computers, servers and networking gear for you.

How we are set up

On-site in Lahore. Remote from the UK.

Physical work needs hands at your location; a lot of IT work does not. We split the two properly, so you always know who is doing your job — and from where.

Lahore — on-site & physical work

Jobs that need someone at your site

Our Lahore side handles everything that has to be installed, fitted or fixed in person, plus local support visits.

  • CCTV camera installation, DVR/NVR setup & repairs
  • Network cabling, rack & patch-panel work, Wi-Fi installation
  • Biometric attendance machine installation & setup
  • Hardware installation — PCs, printers, switches, routers, UPS
  • On-site troubleshooting & local IT support visits

Site surveys and installations are quoted in writing first — equipment and labour listed separately.

UK — remote-only work

Jobs done properly over the internet

Work that can be done remotely is handled from our UK side — for clients in the UK, Pakistan and anywhere else.

  • Microsoft 365 setup — business email, accounts & security settings
  • Network monitoring — uptime, alerts & early fault detection
  • Data migration — email, files & data moved safely
  • Remote IT support — user issues, configuration & troubleshooting
  • Network audit reviews & firewall configuration changes

Remote jobs are agreed in writing first too, with access shared securely and handed back properly at the end.

Why ITEXCORE

Small team. Proper standards. Straight answers.

A new IT services venture by working IT professionals — hands-on system support experience in Pakistan, with a UK-based partner. Enterprise habits, without enterprise prices.

1
One call covers it all

CCTV, cabling, Wi-Fi, firewall and day-to-day support from the same engineers who installed it. No blame passing between vendors.

2
Documented & tidy work

Labelled cables, recorded settings, passwords handed over properly. Your next engineer (even if it isn’t us) can pick up where we left off.

3
Right-sized recommendations

We’ll tell you when a mid-range switch is enough. Our procurement experience means you don’t overpay for kit you don’t need.

How it works

From first call to working system in four steps

Step 01

Talk & survey

Tell us the problem or the plan. For installations we visit your site (or review plans/photos remotely) and check what’s already there.

Step 02

Clear written quote

Equipment, labour and options in plain writing — what’s essential now, what can wait. No vague “miscellaneous” lines.

Step 03

Install & configure

Tidy installation, proper configuration, and testing with your team before we sign off. Everything labelled and documented.

Step 04

Support that stays

Questions after handover are normal. Reach us for remote help fast, and on-site when it really needs hands.

Common questions

Before you call

A few quick answers. The full list — with the callback form — is on our Contact page →

Do you only install, or fix existing systems too?

Both. A large part of our work is taking over systems someone else installed — faulty cameras, messy cabling, unknown passwords — and bringing them back to a documented, reliable state.

Can you support our UK office from Pakistan?

Our setup is the other way round — and clearer. Physical on-site work is handled from Lahore; remote work like Microsoft 365, monitoring and data migration is handled from our UK side.

How is pricing worked out?

After a survey you get a written quote separating equipment and labour. Support can be per-visit or a monthly arrangement. No work starts without your approval of the quote.

Have a site, an office, or a problem to fix?

Tell us about it in a sentence or two — we’ll reply with next steps and survey times.
