Both. A large part of our work is taking over systems someone else installed — faulty cameras, messy cabling, unknown passwords — and bringing them back to a documented, reliable state.
Our setup is the other way round — and clearer. Physical, on-site work (installations, cabling, hardware) is handled from Lahore. Work that can be done remotely — Microsoft 365 and business email setup, network monitoring, data migration and remote IT support — is handled from our UK side, for clients in the UK and Pakistan alike.
An audit is a health-check of what you already have: devices, cabling, Wi-Fi coverage, security settings and passwords, with written findings and fix-first priorities. Monitoring means we watch your network, internet lines and key devices remotely and alert you to outages or failing hardware early — often before your team notices.
Yes — fingerprint and face-recognition attendance devices, installed on-site in Lahore: mounting, network connection, staff enrolment, shift rules and attendance software setup, with training on taking reports before we leave.
We’re brand-neutral and work with what suits your budget and site — including MikroTik, TP-Link Omada, Ubiquiti UniFi, Hikvision, Dahua and standard enterprise networking gear. We’ll explain the trade-offs before you spend.
After a survey you get a written quote separating equipment and labour. Support can be per-visit or a monthly arrangement for businesses that need regular cover. No work starts without your approval of the quote.
