Network Troubleshooting

Slow internet, dropping connections, “the Wi-Fi is down again”? Usually it’s not the ISP — it’s cabling, an overloaded router, or Wi-Fi fighting itself. We test methodically, find the real cause and fix it properly instead of rebooting the router and hoping.

For offices that can’t afford downtime we set up dual-WAN failover, so a second internet line takes over automatically when the first drops. We can also deal with your ISP on your behalf when the fault genuinely is on their side.
